Where do I download Aurkon?

Aurkon is available on the BlackBerry App World, Mobihand, and Getjar.

How do I restore my information?

If your phone is wiped or you get a new one, you will need to first download Aurkon and install the application. Open the application and click "Login". You will then have the option to click "Restore" and will be taken through the process of retrieving all of your information from our servers over the air.

Why can't I get the most up to date version of Aurkon on the BlackBerry App World?

The BlackBerry App World has to review the updated version of Aurkon once it is submitted before it is made available for download which can take some time. Therefore, there is a lag between the time an update of Aurkon is finished and when it is available on the App World. Stay connected with us on Twitter and Facebook to learn about new updates for Aurkon and where to get them.

How do I know Aurkon is working and backing up my information?

Aurkon is designed to be an "install and forget" application. Once you install it and create an account, it will automatically back everything up on your phone. You can see how many records are waiting to be backed up and how many have been backed up in the information screen. You will also be able to view your files online at Safecopy. If you cannot view your files at Safecopy, this does not mean that your files are not being backed up with Aurkon. Aurkon backs up your files to its own servers.
